London fog is a hot tea-based drink that consists of Earl Grey tea, steamed milk, and vanilla syrup. It was invented in Vancouver, Canada, in the 1990s by Mary Loria. The term 'fog' refers to the steamed milk. Fun fact, In Scotland, this drink is known as a "Vancouver fog."
Tea has been around for centuries and is known for its many health benefits. Microground tea is a new, innovative way to enjoy all the benefits of tea without any of the hassle. Just add water and enjoy! It's perfect for on-the-go lifestyles and can be enjoyed hot or cold Instantly.
Prep: Dissolve 1 tablespoon of natural ground tea in hot water. Top up to 250 ml (1 cup) of water, milk or other alternatives. Can be enjoyed hot or cold. Adjust tea amount to taste.
Ingredients: Organic cane sugar, organic black tea, organic vanilla extract, organic bergamot extract, organic tapioca starch.

Yes! Everything we carry instore and online is 100% vegan! We do the research and hard work so you don't have to.
Do you carry gluten-free products?
Yes we do! If you're shopping our online store you can simply enter
gluten-free and all the gluten free items will come up! If you're
shopping in-store we have yellow tags to easily identify gluten-free
products. Please note that we are still working on ensuring everything
has the appropriate tags/signs so there will be items that are
gluten-free that are not pulled in your search online and in store.
Where do you ship/deliver to?
We ship everywhere in Canada (excluding Québec) and we offer local next
day delivery to everyone located between Chilliwack to Coquitlam. Our
Agassiz, Hope and Cultus customers we will be doing weekly delivery on
Friday's.
