If you're looking to add some spice to your dinners, those skewers are your answer. Traditional jerk marinade made from scratch to bring the heat and flavours you need. Made with local chickpea tempeh from Vegilante. Serve with a zesty cabbage slaw on hot summer days or with coconut rice on cooler evenings.
Instructions:
Thaw the bag of skewers in the fridge overnight. Pre-heat convection oven to 375°F. Remove the skewers from the bag and place them on a parchment line baking sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes until internal temperature reach 79°C or 174°F or grill on the BBQ preheated at 375°F for 8-10 minutes until internal temperature reach 79°C or 174°F, turn the skewers occasionally to prevent burning. Time may vary depending on oven/BBQ.

Yes! Everything we carry instore and online is 100% vegan! We do the research and hard work so you don't have to.
Do you carry gluten-free products?
Yes we do! If you're shopping our online store you can simply enter
gluten-free and all the gluten free items will come up! If you're
shopping in-store we have yellow tags to easily identify gluten-free
products. Please note that we are still working on ensuring everything
has the appropriate tags/signs so there will be items that are
gluten-free that are not pulled in your search online and in store.
Where do you ship/deliver to?
We ship everywhere in Canada (excluding Québec) and we offer local next
day delivery to everyone located between Chilliwack to Coquitlam. Our
Agassiz, Hope and Cultus customers we will be doing weekly delivery on
Friday's.
